• Pay a minimum of Rs.30,000/- per person to Book your tour.
• Balance amount to be paid 30 days before departure or the booking will get cancelled without informing.
• Repeaters will be charged 2000SAR extra as per Saudi Government Rules.
• Book with Cash or Cheque favoring "Asian Tours & Travels" If your booking is routed through our Prefered Sales Agents the tour cost will remain the same as applicable and your booking amount should be in the form of Demand Draft or Cheque only favoring the company if at all you need to pay by cash then the payment should reach our head office at Mumbai only against our official receipt. If you don't follow the above mentioned payment policy and procedure, the company shall not be responsible for the payment.

The following cancellation charges would apply per person if booking is cancelled as per schedule below.

• If the seat is cancelled before 20 days from the date of departure Rs. 8000/- will be deducted from the amount paid and the balance will be refunded.
• If the seat is cancelled after Mofa receiving Rs. 10,000/- will be deducted.
• If the seat is cancelled after visa stamping only air fair amount out of Total Tour expenses will be returned to haji after deducting Rs. 6000 (Ticket refund charge) and balance amount will be refunded after 2 month from the of Group.
