    • Balance amount to be paid 30 days before departure or the booking will get cancelled without informing.
    • Book with Cash or Cheque favoring "Asian Tours & Travels LLP" If your booking is routed through our Prefered Sales Agents the tour cost will remain the same as applicable and your booking amount should be in the form of Demand Draft or Cheque only favoring the company if at all you need to pay by cash then the payment should reach our head office at Mumbai only against our official receipt. If you don't follow the above mentioned payment policy and procedure, the company shall not be responsible for the payment.

  • Cancellation of seat for Umrah-2016 can be entertained subject to the following conditions:

    • If the seat is cancelled before 20 days from the date of departure Rs. 8000/- will be deducted from the amount paid and the balance will be refunded.
    • If the seat is cancelled after Mofa receiving Rs. 10,000/- will be deducted.
    • If the seat is cancelled after visa stamping only air fair amount out of Total Tour expenses will be returned to haji after deducting Rs. 6000 (Ticket refund charge) and balance amount will be refunded after 2 month from the of Group.
