No food will be supplied at Mumbai airport, Jeddah airport and at Muzdalifah by the company. Also, while traveling between Makkah Madina and Madina Makkah.
From 04th June till 8th June food will not be provided at Azizia as the group will be in Mina.
In Mina & Arafat, meal will be supplied by the Saudi service provider company.
Cost of Qurbani is not included in the tour cost.
Date of departure will be intimated to each pilgrim 8 days in advance.
Our package includes return airfare, Hajj visa & group accident insurance throughout the period of Hajj, Moallim fees, local transport during Hajj, food and Ziyarat of holy places in Makkah Mukarramah and Madinah Munawwarah.
Departure dates and time from Makkah to Madina and Madina to Azizia Makkah is in the hand of Ministry of Hajj Saudi Arabia they can change it without notice.
Transport from Azizia to Haram Shareef, Tawaf-e-Ziyarat & Tawaf-e-Wida is not included in the tour cost. Hajees themselves have to bear the transport charges of 50/100 SAR one way approx.
Your luggage should not exceed 25 kg, 7 kg hand bag & 5 kg Zam Zam excess luggage will be charged as per airlines rules.
Company is not responsible for losses, injury, damage, accident, additional expenses due to delay of flight or misconnection of flight, sickness, weather, strike, war quarantine, breakdown of transport or closure of airport due to war or any other reason.
Pilgrims will be subjected to laws of India and local laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any increase in airfare, or any new tax imposed by either government or increase in Moallim fees will be borne by the pilgrim. Last year airfare was Rs. 65,000/-, service provider fees SAR 8000 and Saudi Riyal Rs. 22.50 Repeater fees if any applicable as per Ministry of Hajj Saudi Arabia.
Cancellation of seat for Hajj 2025 can be entertained subject to the following condition. (A) If seat is cancelled before 01st January 2025, Rs. 50,000/- will be deducted. (B) If seat is cancelled before 25th February 2025, Rs. 75,000/- will be deducted. (C) If seat is cancelled before 1st March 2025, Rs. 1,00,000/- will be deducted. (D) If seat is cancelled on 25th March 2025 and Haji gives replacement of another Haji then only Rs. 40,000/- will be applied extra as replacement charges. If seat is completely cancelled and no replacement given before 05th April 2025 then only Rs. 40,000/- will be returned after Hajj, whether e-visa print or not.
If Haji dies during Hajj at Saudi Arabia, no refund will be made and he / she will be buried according to Saudi government law, and his belongings will be returned to his / her heirs.
Our last date of full and final payment for Hajj 2025 is 10th March 2025, payment after this date will be accepted with penalty of Rs. 15,000/- and if any discount is given will be forfeited.
As a practical difficulty, we do not allow any Haji to change the itinerary already fixed by us, in case of unavoidable circumstances if one has to do that, all the expenses have to be borne by that Haji if Saudi Govt. law and authorities permit.
The jurisdiction of any dispute shall be at Mumbai.
