  • Company is not responsible for losses, injury, damage, accident, additional expenses due to delay of flight or ,Mis-Conection of flight, sickness,weather,strike,war quarantine,breakdown of transport or closure of airport due to war or any other reason.

REQUIREMENTS

  • International Passport valid for atleast 6 months from the date of travel. No Handwritten Passport Accepted
  • 4 photographs taken against a plain and evenly lit, with white background in following sizes: 4 photos: 4 cm x 6 cm

  • Passport Copies submission required at time of booking.
  • Aadhar Card Copy & Pan Card Copy are compulsory at the time of booking.

      • Pay a minimum of Rs.1,00,000/- per person to Book your tour.
      • Balance amount to be paid according to 6 installment. Our last date of full & final payment for Hajj 2025 is 15th Feb 2025.
      • Book with Cheque/NEFT/RTGS favoring "Asian Tours & Travels LLP" If your booking is routed through our Preferred Sales Agents the tour cost will remain the same as applicable and your booking amount should be in the form of Demand Draft or Cheque/NEFT/RTGS only favoring the company. If you don't follow the above mentioned payment policy and procedure, the company shall not be responsible for the payment.

    • Cancellation of seat for Hajj 2025 can be entertained subject to the following condition:

      • (A) If seat is cancelled before 01st january 2025, rs 50,000/- will be deducted.
      • (B) If seat is cancelled before 25th february 2025. Rs 75,000/- will be deducted.
      • (C) If seat is cancelled before 1st march 2025. Rs 1,00,000/- will be deducted.
      • (D) If seat is cancelled on 25th march 2025 and haji gives replacement of another haji then Only rs 40,000/- will be applied extra as replacement charges. If seat is completely cancelled And no replacement given before 05th april 2025 then only rs. 40,000/- will be returned after Hajj, weather e-visa print or not.
